AUT Akoranga Campus

AUT was established in 2000, making it one of New Zealands newest universities. In June 2008, the construction of a multipurpose foyer/exhibition space began at the Akoranga Campus.

Auckland Art Gallery

Originally opened in 1887 as a public library, the Auckland Art Gallery is now the largest art institution in New Zealand. In 2011, a large extension and renovation project was carried out on the iconic Auckland site.

Although open since late 1875, Mt Cook School never had a school hall. This new building was constructed to give the school and the community a gathering place for sports, arts and social events.
